DESKTOP COLLECTOR · LOCAL TEST

Meet Signaler.

Your laps stay on your PC until you deliberately bring them onto your board.

Before you drive: start SimHub.

LMU, ACC, AC EVO and Rennsport lap history currently comes from SimHub Statistics. SimHub must be running and receiving game telemetry while you drive. Follow the game's configuration instructions inside SimHub, then confirm a completed lap appears in Statistics. Starting SimHub after a session cannot recover laps it never recorded.

One session, four steps.

  1. Start SimHub and check the game connection. Complete a lap and check that SimHub Statistics records it. A running process alone does not prove telemetry or statistics are working.
  2. Open Signaler and choose Collect now. Signaler reads copies of saved statistics into its own local cache. It can collect after driving; the optional 60-second check runs only while Signaler is open.
  3. Export timing records. Signaler opens a folder containing pit-board-laps-001.json (and more files for larger libraries). The export does not upload anything.
  4. Import onto your board. Sign in to QA, choose the export file, then select Import. Watch the progress and completion counts. Existing records are safely skipped.

What each game provides today

GameSource used by Signaler
LMU, ACC, AC EVO, RennsportSaved SimHub Statistics; SimHub must capture the session while you drive.
Assetto CorsaSimHub Statistics for lap history, plus optional native personalbest.ini summaries. Native PBs are summaries, not a full history or extra laps.

If a lap is missing

  1. Check SimHub Statistics first. If the lap is absent, check that game's telemetry configuration and complete another lap with SimHub running.
  2. If Statistics has the lap, check Signaler's SimHub folder, choose Collect now, and read its per-source messages. Use Recheck all sources if needed.
  3. Export again and import the new file on your board. A previous export does not change when new laps are collected.
  4. Check the import result and recent-record dates. The web table shows only the 20 most recent records; native AC PB summaries are also timing records.

What is not connected yet

Signaler does not yet sign in to Google, upload automatically, install at startup, update itself or remotely delete its local cache. Opening Signaler and the website together does not synchronize them. This page describes the current collector, not every source file a game may produce.
